Who Is Pat Hickcox?

If you’re in Law Enforcement and have taken a Night Vision Operator’s Course, there’s a very good chance you’ve been trained by Pat Hickcox. Emerging Tactical Solutions is the company Pat founded following 30 years of active and reserve service with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in AZ. During his tenure, assignments included taking down meth labs and operating as their SWAT Team Leader.

Pat is the lead instructor for the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) providing a curriculum he developed to train L.E SWAT officers in the tactical use of NVG’s.

As the demands and dangers facing our Law Enforcement continue to increase, Pat’s team have dedicated themselves to providing crucial training and equipment to those protecting our local communities and our nation itself.
